ICT Introduction and Intermediate courses

(Level 1 and 2 Award through the QCF)

These 30 hour ICT courses will cover

·        File management

·        Working with Word files

·        Creating an Excel Spreadsheet

·        Working with and formatting your data

·        Using search internet engines

·        E-Mail attachments and groups

·        Creating and presenting using PowerPoint

OR        Bespoke courses for TA's specific needs from the MS Office suite

The course will be delivered by the Trade Union Education department of the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London
