Presentation Skills/Communicating with your members Award

Communication is highlighted time and again as being one of the key areas where unions and reps fall down. This course is intended to address this vital problem. You will have the opportunity to get hands on experience in a supportive environment to enable you to improve your presentation skills, be a more effective public speaker and run a workshop. You will also learn about building effective communication networks in your workplace. The emphasis on this course is very much on practice rather than theory and you will leave it with increased confidence and enthusiasm.
